The number of new resale listings remain steady ahead of the Super Bowl weekend. While mid-price inventory remains tight, we are seeing similar number of units pending compared to last year. A higher number of transactions is anticipated in the upcoming months with new resale listing volume builds and home mortgage interest rates remaining in the low 6’s.
